Yoga can be a space to get in touch with your self, letting go of distractions, finding stillness and getting that wonderful feeling of wellbeing in body and mind.
I am currently travelling and only teach physical workshops and drop-in classes occasionally. New online courses starting from August 5.

ABOUT ME
JENNY SØRENSEN VAAGE
My approach to yoga is functional and inclusive, and I am a firm believer that yoga is for every body. Teaching mainly Yin yoga and gentle Hatha yoga, I have a general focus on breathing, awareness and relaxation. In 2018 I completed two of my yoga teacher trainings in India and have continued my education ever since, both through self-studies and continued education.
From April 2022 to May 2024 I was a member of the board of Norsk Yogalærerforbund.
I am originally from Bergen, Norway, have a Masters in Media Studies from University of Bergen, and additional studies in Pedagogy from University of Tromsø. My professional background is from Art Production and events. In 2018 I changed directions and decided to start my yoga teacher journey.
Now I work full time as a yoga teacher.
