GENTLE YOGA - ONLINE
FIND EASE WITH BREATHWORK
Gentle Hatha yoga combines movement and rest. Often starting dynamically with gently strengthening poses, before we find stillness towards the end. This is a slow dynamic class suitable for anyone. You must not be flexible or strong from the outset, the positions are adjusted as needed. We focus particularly on mobility and gentle strengthening exercises in addition to breathing and relaxation.
